Phoenixville Woman Suing Camden Police Over Son’s Death

According to the Courier-Post, a borough woman who says Camden police officers beat her son to death in 2007 will get her day in court. Despite the protests of the city’s attorneys—who maintain that their officer used justified force the night of the August 18 incident—US District judge Robert Kugler ruled that Ginger Katzenmoyer, of Phoenixville, will get a chance to take her case before a jury.
