Montco DA Assists in Arrest for NJ Sexual Assault
A man was taken into custody in Montgomery County Friday for a September sexual assault case.
Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman was instrumental in helping solve a New Jersey sexual assault case from September, as a man was arrested on Friday in conjunction with a sexual assault case which occurred last fall in Stone Harbor, N.J. Charles Boone, 43, was arrested Sunday in Montgomery County, Pa., according to the Middle Township Gazette, Cape May County Prosecutor Robert Taylor and Stone Harbor Police Chief Paul Reynolds told the press he faces charges of sexual assault and burglary.
