Eric N.J. Rittenbaugh, CPC, CSP
Vice President and General Manager

Eric is responsible for overseeing permanent placement and temporary service operations, as well as
hiring, training and motivating our staff of administrative, medical and light
industrial staffing consultants.

He started his career as a Metro Temp, gaining experience in real estate, financial services, hospitality and marketing. Management noticed his people skills and in the spring of 2000 invited him to join the permanent staff. He worked his way up the ladder to Senior Consultant, Supervisor, Manager and Vice President in 2006.

Eric
possesses a Business Management/Marketing degree and has earned the coveted industry designation of Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified Staffing Professional, awarded by the National Association of Personnel Services and American Staffing Association, respectively.

He is active in the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association, and Pheonixville Chamber of Commerce
and is a Chester County native.
