I think I saw this dog last night!! I was driving home past CAT Pickering and this dog was running across the lawn. I was going to stop, but unfortunately was unable to. This was around 8:45pm. Now I REALLY wish I would've been able to stop...

  • On the article Should DUI Alcohol Limit Be Lowered to .05 Percent?

To me, this is infringing upon our right to free choice. Although I believe it comes from a good place, pushing the limit from .08 to .05 will only weed out those who have drank maybe a few at most. As mentioned previously, I doubt the statistic of drivers in accidents or what have you at .05-.079 is even a large number. It's peoples' own responsibility to limit themselves- everyone knows the risk they take getting behind the wheel after drinking, but some people just don't care. If a true difference is to be made, it's to make punishments for DUI's more harsh.

As a somewhat recent graduate of PASD, I find this somewhat funny. After graduating, I thought I had received a somewhat good education. I learned that this was not so when I went to college. I learned that PASD teaches for the test, and information you SHOULD know goes untaught because of the need to do well on such tests as PSSA's, SAT's, etc. Yes PASD does well in rankings, because they know to teach for these tests to acquire rankings, government funding, etc. Almost EVERYTHING I learned at the PASD had to be re-taught once I entered college because there were so many "holes" missing throughout my education. Keep in mind I graduated PASD with over a 3.0 GPA so I was NOT a "slacker". I was truly amazed how much MORE there was to historical events than what I learned throughout my education at PASD. They taught the politically correct history, left out interesting and pertinent facts, and just brushed over events that changed history. Yes I know this is a public school's way of not ruffling feathers, but both colleges I attended were state schools, so there shouldn't be any excuses. Although I don't think a PASD education is poor, I believe they should teach less for tests and more for an actual education.

I absolutely love the look of the NSX. There are very few mid-engine vehicles that I am a fan of due to how hard they are to work on, but being that I am a complete import fan, the NSX is one of my favorites. There is nothing that looks quite like an NSX driving down the road. As a female, the body lines just call to me. I would definitely trade my turbocharged Mazda for one of these if the opportunity arose.

Yes you're correct, he doesn't work in Phoenixville anymore. And he was fired why? And he was fired from Pottstown why? He now works in Spring City, which is where I just moved from last month. So before you start going off about me "stalking" him, I dealt with him over the years and kept having to deal with him. It's not like the man has left the area. Also, I would put my name with it, because as someone who has NEVER been arrested or even had trouble with the police, this is using my first amendment right to free speech. Do you have a problem with that? Do I feel the need to on a news site that will never turn into any action, no. Would I if there were something such as a petition? Hell yes. I wasn't even the one who brought his name into the conversation, I was just agreeing with another Post, and voicing my opinion. Didn't know we all weren't entitled to our opinion...

Thank you for this information. Everyone who witnesses something should most definitely report it. Maybe together we can help the PD become a more upstanding and rule-abiding department.

I hope that the sexual escapades do come out, and they show the police for what they really are... ESPECIALLY Sousa. If people knew half of what he does, there would be public outcry.

I commuted from Chester County to Camden, then Chester County to North Philadelphia... both of which I had to take I-76. It was a NIGHTMARE. I decided to try and take the train into Temple when I went there, but Septa was ALWAYS running late or cancelling trains-- they made me more late than the crawl that is I-76. Now I commute to the Bensalem area (taking the Turnpike) and it is a breeze in comparison.
