 Learn how to develop a productive vegetable, herb, and fruit garden, as well as timesaving and sustainable methods for selecting and setting up the fruits, berries, herbs, and vegetables best suited for your family.  Soil preparation, composting, seed starting, transplanting, care, irrigation, pest management, harvesting, and preserving your abundant harvest will be covered.  Techniques for extending your growing season in the spring and fall will also be discussed.
